Has a workflow builder that helps building campaigns. **What do you dislike about Optimizely One?** The Suite feels a little scattered, since you need different logins for different tools. Also the interface is super outdated and not very intuitive. I offers pretty much all you need but can compete with modern state of the art tools. Omnichannel approach above email not really given or very limited. **Recommendations to others considering Optimizely One:** Episerver is still a very solid product and offers some interesting features, but for know it falls way behind other tools on the market and cant compare or compensate that with the price. **What problems is Optimizely One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending broadcast emails (newsletter, TRX mails) to customers. ### 5. Intuitive. No hidden suprises (that are common in the market) and the agency delivered on-time (not common) and delivered a personalised, test-ready sites! We previously used Sitecore and Episerver is much easier for the team to use; they love episerver as it enables them to make changes with confidence. **What do you dislike about Optimizely One?** (minor only) no integration to common DMPs. We built one in 3 days but this is not custom not supported **Recommendations to others considering Optimizely One:** This is a fantastic find. The Episerver Digital Cloud has made our lives easier. **What problems is Optimizely One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personalised sites to engage prospects. Leverage Salesforce CRM to personalise.
