If you're looking to try new things, I strongly recommend going through Optimizely. It features a powerful data engine a suite for feature experiments and a lot of targeting and audience options. Also there have been almost no problems or breaks in service throughout the years. Further, we have been satisfied with the professional help and tools for such help; the tools at least make work on support and problem tickets easier. As I said before, communication problems are usually caused by the way the business works. One example of this is the feature experimentation tool, also known as server-side experimentation, which is hard for users with a low amount of knowledge about technology to use. What this means for speed is that Optimizely may be even lighter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Optimizely One solving and how is that benefiting you? It works well for a thorough A/B test where top management really wants to know how much the change affected things. It's not very useful if you try to create a one-page, simple form, unless the form is part of a bigger process. Optimizely One is very flexible, it can be easily extended and customized. I like it because it is a great tool to automate processes with a minimum of technical knowledge. Getting started with the system is not that easy to understand, but once you do, you don't want to go back to other systems. It is also compatible with mobile devices from the beginning and the API is excellent. And the reason to use it is that it helps create complex solutions very quickly. The content management system from Optimizely Digital Experience Platform is super easy to use and the tools which it offers helped me to create and manage the content for my website such as drag and drop editing, workflow management and many more. I use their personalization engine in many ways like i can easily bifurcate my audience into different groups, sending them specialised contents. Optimization Digital Experience Platform integrates with many other platforms which makes it smooth with my existing system. Great thing with this tool is that it has multiple deployement options like cloud, hybrid deployments. The most liked feature is the multi-functional blocks that has a capability of positioning multiple ways can optimize & create an excellent user journey. Showing metrics is a great way to see how the campaigns are performing, this helps us to in the frequency of usage of the tool. Customer Support is often reachable & ready to help any time. Often the platform lags if your content is too much in a specifc campaign. Making changes is a cumbersome task & can't delete the unwanted campaigns.
