Optimizely continues to upgrade their products, encourages feedback and listens to end users. Support has been good - we've been through several customer care reps and they have all been knowledgeable. My team or anyone who we train in the platform picks up the software easily - not a complicated process. My team and I use Optiminzely all day, and are always looking for ways to improve our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Optimizely One? While reporting has gotten better, there are still a few things id like to see. Of course this is a 'content' management platform, not a 'project' management platform, but i think it could get closer to a true PM experience.
