Hi there, we use Optimizely at work and were invited to the roadshow in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, there was no choice to review the road show so I chose the content marketing platform since the roadshow was based around that.

The platform looks like its robust and capable of handling multiple tasks which is what you would expect from Optimizely. I especially like the content management aspect of the platform and how easy it seems to be to get all of the teams members across multiple projects visibility. I think like most companies the promise of AI vs the reality is something to be desired. Often Optimizely is pushing AI as some messiah for personalization but it fails to ask about the question for someone like me who thinks AI-generated content is usually bad, poorly made and at best ethically questionable as it takes jobs away from real human beings and has been trained on actual work that the employee doesn't see the benefit from.

For me this is a huge turn off for a brand and while I get for investors pushing the AI hype makes sense (who doesn't want an easy buck?) pushing lazy computer generated content to users may ultimately hurt the brand more than it helps until AI is actually intelligent and not just regurgitating the status quo milquetoast content. I think the UI could be improved. It does require a little training. I am a very light user, not frequently needing to access the tool. My use cases are very simple and straightforward, but I can't always find what I am looking for. So, I would say there are improvements to "intuitive" design. An immense number of notification emails. While users have the ability to turn off certain email notifications, this may also lead to missed work -- perhaps there's a middle ground.

It is a separate platform for each seperate project. Everyone in the project can keep tracking the project status and all discuss points can be documented properly. The most significant advantage of Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is that it solves the problems connected with content distribution in one location. This integration has in fact cut across most of the our processes regarding creation and distribution of contents. New in the platform is the analytical capabilities and integration factors that have improved our efficiency in viewing the performance and making right decisions regarding the marketing outcomes and involvement. One of the weaknesses of Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is that it occasionally takes time when handling a big volume of content or accomplishing complex analysis. Such lags might cut down productivity at certain periods of organizational activities. Furthermore, the reporting is slightly rigid because it has few flexible settings for the appearance of the report.
