As someone who uses Optimizely to work with my Content Marketing team, I can say it is easy to use and collaborate with my team. I love being able to get alerts when there are new updates on my projects and provide edits both within documents and within the project ticket. I would say the only downside I can think of is that I do not get additional value from it beyond collaborating with my Content Marketing team on projects (but that is to be expected). Optly is great tool when you know you need to switch out an asset in the middle of the day because you can bulid it in optly and turn it on and off whenever you want from optly to the site. The best thing about Optimizely is the user-friendliness of the interface. It is so easy to learn and understand, I don't have to look for any video tutorials also ( which is usually the case with most digital tools). I use Optimizely for daily content production and it assists me with end-to-end content management, from when I start ideating/writing to publishing the same on various channels. Best part? The support team is always available to help you solve any and all related issues. The process of implementation was also very fast and smooth and Optimizely is very easy to integrate with other related marketing tools like Hubspot etc. All in all it is truly a leader in the CMS space with brilliant navigation within the tool and a plethora of new-age, relevant features. This has made us produce more content daily. Content Design: The layouts and templates provided by Optimizely are neat and there is a range of elements to customize these templates. It has helped us with better content readability and presentation. Hubspot Integration: We have been using HubSpot to manage all our email campaigns. We used Optimizely Content Marketing to facilitate various projects (email, collateral, digital, web, print, etc.) across multiple stakeholder groups (product, web dev, design, content, etc.) Optimizely proved easy to use for collaboration and task management. Some of the dashboard views including site visit metrics, trending publications, etc. provided valuable insight into the efficacy of certain content pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Optimizely Content Marketing Platform? I've noticed only 2 major drawbacks in my opinion. We have multiple organizations within my company that had their own instances. When switching instances with open tabs, all open tabs were reset. There was not a convenient way to easily flip between instances. Absence of a live/on-platform text editor (for attachments) also resulted in a lot of files being created as edits were passed back and forth, sometimes adding to confusion.
