I like how Optimizely offers a secure and controlled environment for creating web pages that offers every level of customization possible while allowing casual computer users to look like experienced web editors. It is a platform which means that you'll get more out of it if it's configured by an expert which means that it can be very costly and time intensive to implement. We needed a CMS that allowed us to maintain consistent looking web pages while allowing editors to have an abundance of block options while being able to learn the ins and outs of building pages. The best thing about Optimizely CMS is its flexibility and scalability.
