I have worked with Shopware 5 and 6 before and found a lot of features missing in Optimizely. Why do I need to add redirects manually if a page changes its title? Why do I need to code to add new page types and blocks if it is so simple anyways? Why is there no separation between menu items and pages? They often have the same name so at least a different icon would be helpful. Everything has to be coded instead of configured in the backend. Currently my main happiness is that we have gone from .net framework to .net 6. What do you dislike about Optimizely Content Management System? This only applies to the latest version, but there is a big issue with backwards compability in terms of functionality.
