It is quite easy to work with, and the support services team is very helpful for fixing issues. They also have one of the best update cadences that I've ever seen. They roll out a security patch and enhancement patch for each system every single week. It is easy to update the system, as a developer. **What do you dislike about Optimizely Content Management System?** I dislike the implementation partners. We've been through two who didn't necessarily know what they were doing. The DXC Service has a few failure points; At the Cloudflare level, as well as at the Azure level. EpiServer does not have any control over both platforms if there is a failure. Not a problem for us, but we have heard other customers say how difficult it is to implement without developers. **Recommendations to others considering Optimizely Content Management System:** For enterprises that have .NET developers, this is hands down the best option.
