Optimizely Commerce Cloud makes it extremely easy to segment our B2C customers and deliver personalized customer experiences. We have multiple purchase funnels that we are trying to optimize. In the past, we've attempted to implement our own segmentation and personalization. But now, with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, we can accomplish this much more efficiently. I'm particularly impressed with the level of developer support. Our purchase flows are very JavaScript-heavy.
