Optimizely Commerce Cloud is a robust eCommerce tool, offering almost all of the features I need to accomplish our goals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Optimizely Commerce Connect? While the tool is configurable, it's a challenge to get my own team certified to support it without the constant reliance on an implementer. Recommendations to others considering Optimizely Commerce Connect: The support team at Optimizely is good to work with, but it has been a challenge to have the InsiteCommerce tool be purchased by Episerver, then shortly thereafter, purchased by Optimizely. Stability would be nice. As is, I had learned where the information I needed was on their support sites, then they get merged into another company's sites, the information you have access to changes, etc. It's also made it challenging to get my team trained because the content seems to continuously change and they do not provide a practice/test environment for those going through the certification process, though they do expect you to pay a retest fee should the developer fail the test. IMHO Commerce UI is a "dinosaur with a kick". Old ASP.NET forms application hardly fit in year 2017. Some of the old api's can sometimes be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
