"That's exactly what I was looking for"

What do you like best about Optimal UX?

We did not want to overload the website with JavaScript, so we were looking for a solution that lets us apply experiments on the server-side before webpage is loaded by a browser.

Our DevOps were able to install it in less than 15 minutes without having to make any changes to the backend. Product managers run different A/B tests on their own and analyze results without having to involve data analysts now. The marketing team uses the tool constantly to make SEO changes.

It was easy to allocate budget for Optimal UX because of their pay-as-you-go model and they provided generous monthly quota for the onboarding period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimal UX?

I wish they implement feature flags quicker.

What do you like best about Optimal UX?

Works like a charm! You click and edit something on your website as if it was an image, and it gets served to the selected audience with the changes you made. No need to actually change anything or your CMS or website builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
