Once more lenders get on board with sending the most updated rates sheets they have for consistent accuracy, the more value will be associated with this program. We are happy with the process as of now but are eagerly awaiting to see what's next for LoanSifter and how they're helping streamline our lender pricing process. **What do you dislike about Loansifter?** Any problems that we have had with LoanSifter pertain to the specific lender not sending updated pricing or locking correct pricing to their website. **What problems is Loansifter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we have an extensive list of lenders, LoanSifter cuts down on unnecessary time spent on pricing out lenders who are not competitive with the current scenario. Instead of pricing out 10-15 lenders we get a quick list of 3-5 that are at the top and focus on pricing them out instead. ### 5. Compares not only rates, but lender fees **What do you dislike about Loansifter?** There is no automation. I have dozens of scenarios saved. I need Loan Sifter to alert me when rates get to a certain point, but Loan Sifter refuses to do this even though they offer it through their lender platform. The 'promo rates' that are advertised by other lenders are not rates you can actually get. **Recommendations to others considering Loansifter:** It's the gold standard. Not because it's great, but because it's been around the longest. They need rate alerts and notifications for individual borrowers and they need to build an integration with Lending Pad. **What problems is Loansifter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loan Sifter helps me make sure my main lenders are staying competitive. Too many times a lender has low rates until you start using them and then they raise their rates. This keeps the lender's honest. ### 6. I do not like when it goes down and does not work. I am comparing to one other rate shopper, and Loansifter is lightyears ahead. Maybe add links to lenders log in system? Also promo lenders.... maybe add in reviews or when they were founded or something to help trigger further research into best priced promo lenders. **What problems is Loansifter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving is quick quoting to lenders.
