It lays out all the different lenders and gives the proper LLPA's. It helps me communicate where I should send my loans to help my clients get the best pricing. Nothing, the only issue I've ever heard is accuracy, but that's only when the market is moving fast. We can't expect Loansifter to be 100% when lenders reprice all at once.
