What do you like best?
My favorite aspect of using this program is the ease of use. No matter who is put on this program, regardless of technological experience and knowledge along with an age gap, no matter the person it can be very easily taught (even self taught) on how to use this system easily and efficiently in your place of business.
What do you dislike?
the point of contact on the customer service aspect is slow. it is hard to contact in any way directly. they require a voicemail or email to be sent out and then someone reaches out later to get more of your information and help you go through a step by step process to fix your issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product
i recommend taking some time to actually learn about the program and have at least one employee proficient in usage. This way you can have answers when you gave issues that arise. I also recommend one keeps log of how to solve the certain issues you get on a regular basis thus lowering the time that is spent contacting the company for help.

I am saving time by having a lot more automated and spending less time learning a new program .
