It is made for mid-sized distributors and buying consortia, from 50 to over 550 orders a month. By default you type nothing. Connect your email once and the documents arrive; electronic invoices come from the Italian tax portal through a read-only mandate; a paper delivery note is a photo sent on WhatsApp. The AI works out which supplier and which order each document belongs to, even when several confirmations land on one delivery note or several delivery notes on one invoice; the arithmetic is done by a deterministic calculation engine. Opsy follows the money in both directions: customers to collect on one side, suppliers and couriers to pay on the other, all checked against the documents you already have. Sales: customer orders from email, WhatsApp and the counter on one page, step by step from delivery to collection; nothing delivered is left uninvoiced. Collections: due dates on the month, late customers in red. Purchasing: every order confirmation checked against the order, any different price, discount or quantity circled and explained, the correction email to the supplier already written and sent only after your ok. Price lists: read as they arrive, with the file ready for your ERP. Warehouse: ordered, on the delivery note and counted side by side, stock by location. Couriers: every shipment checked against the signed rate card, out-of-contract surcharges circled, the claim already written. Accounts payable: every invoice checked against order and delivery note, even when one invoice closes thirty; you pay only what adds up. Ask Opsy: "Which orders don't add up this week?" and it answers with your real numbers, in the app or on WhatsApp. On 30 October 2026 we reviewed 40 products across five approaches: none of them links the customer's order to the supplier's confirmation. Opsy does, so you see the supplier's delay on the customer's order before the customer tells you. It works alongside Mexal, TeamSystem, ARCA, NTS Business Cube, Zucchetti and Mago4, with no migration: you move one piece at a time and Opsy writes into your ERP through whatever link that ERP allows (API, SFTP or file), built by WeWill for each customer, or prepares the files to import. In the documents of four distributor customers, read on 19 September 2026, Opsy found €120,586 of discrepancies between orders, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices; €68,563 are recorded as recovered.
