**What do you like best about OpsRamp?**

OpsRamp alerts export feature
Metrics collection
Kubernetes integration

**What do you dislike about OpsRamp?**

Delay in prioritizing OpsRamp bug fixes from support.
Multiple calls are required to make OpsRamp support understand the issue.
ServiceNow push model integration failures are not notified, hence engineer has to manually retry every single time.
ServiceNow integration retry feature and corresponding API does not work in OpsRamp.
Gateway upgrade option in UI doesnot indicate the progress percentage upgraded in UI.
Agent and Gateway upgrade most of the time fails and will be rectified after opening a support ticket.
Root Cause Analysis must be provided for all the bugs filed with support along with solution proposed.

**What problems is OpsRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of OpsRamp and ServiceNow to push Kubernetes alerts to ServiceNow.

Opsramp onboarding and customer success team is very friendly and is always available for help

**What do you dislike about OpsRamp?**

Their offerings are limited. Most of the functionalities don't work.

Please review and compare all products and solutions first.

**What problems is OpsRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIOps and proactiveness. I haven't realized any benefits yet as most of the functionalities don't work.
