OpSpot keeps the whole job in one place, from the first enquiry to handover. Build a scope of works from your own price list and turn it into a branded quote. Schedule crews and subcontractors on a shared calendar and Gantt chart, with read-only links for clients. Issue work orders and track subcontractor payments line by line. Site checklists require photo proof, and QR code sign-in records who was on site, with GPS. Subcontractor licences and insurance are tracked with expiry reminders, and NSW licences are checked against the register automatically. Role-based file permissions mean subcontractors only see what they need. Built for commercial fit-out and residential renovation teams; small teams of up to 5 users are free.
