OpsPing is an on-call alerting and incident response platform. Monitoring tools send alerts in through the API, email, or native integrations for Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, Datadog and CloudWatch/SNS, and OpsPing pages the right person by push notification first, voice call second and email third. Push notifications are free and unlimited on every plan, including iOS critical alerts and Android Do Not Disturb bypass. On-call schedules with overrides and PTO, escalation policies, incidents, status pages, alert policies, heartbeats, postmortems and interactive Slack ChatOps are built in. Teams moving off Opsgenie can keep their existing integrations: OpsPing supports the GenieKey auth scheme and a documented subset of the Opsgenie v2 alert API, so you change the endpoint and key, then verify each integration before cutover. Pricing: Free at $0, Team at $8 per responder per month, and Business at $15 per responder per month. Native iOS and Android apps are included.
