**What do you like best about Opsole AD-to-Entra Migrate?**

We recently used Opsole as part of our Microsoft Entra migration project, and the experience has been exceptionally positive. Two key strengths of the platform truly stood out: Ease of Use and Customer Support.

**What do you dislike about Opsole AD-to-Entra Migrate?**

The reporting capabilities, although functional, could offer deeper insights. More detailed dashboards, error breakdowns, and real-time visibility would help teams better monitor progress and troubleshoot independently.

**What problems is Opsole AD-to-Entra Migrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest advantages is its ability to migrate user profiles without requiring a manual backup or profile recreation. This eliminated a significant amount of technical overhead and end-user disruption. Users were able to log in immediately after migration with their profile, apps, and data intact, resulting in a smoother experience and faster adoption.
