I like the way the ops setup bridges the DevOps gap in our institution, which is a financial service, with intelligent automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup and configuration of Opsera required a significant time investment to properly map our Azure and Databricks environment to it. There is a learning curve for optimizing agent behaviors and workflows, taking about two to three weeks before seeing maximum productivity gains. The suggestions made by the AI for complex Databricks job failures sometimes need manual refinements, especially for tasks like custom Spark optimization or unity catalog permissions, which are specific to our financial data governance policies. Additionally, the documentation for advanced Databricks integrations, such as for data live tables and unity catalog, could be more comprehensive. We had to work with support to optimize certain workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
