Opralog keeps one reliable record of what happened on shift, what is still open and what the next shift needs to know. Operators record events in configurable logbooks for each area, such as control room, maintenance, safety or commercial. Opralog adds the time and who made the entry. Entries are recorded once and shared automatically or by hand to the handover, so handovers build up during the shift. Open items carry forward, shifts can be locked and signed off, and the incoming team can be asked to accept the handover. Registers, tasks, reports and a full audit trail sit in the same system. A two-way PI interface brings live process data into entries and creates entries from PI events, and OPC and an open API connect other systems. Opralog is configured per site with no programming and installed on your own servers or private Azure or AWS environment. Infotechnics, a UK company founded in 1999, builds and supports it.
