I really like the look of their surveys, it feels very professional. Next to that, their team is always ready to help and reply SUPER fast. This means so much to me as sometimes time is limited. It helps my company a lot, as we use it for all of our pricing research. "Intuitive Points-Based Ranking with Fast Polls and Excellent Support" 4.5/5 What do you like best about OpinionX? They’ve implemented points-based ranking in a really simple, intuitive way, which I didn’t find in the other tools I checked out. Points-ranking was really key for us, as for a previous poll in a different tool we found it quite hard to create some clear results due too not having the point ranking option. The UI is pretty straightforward when it comes to creating a poll and making changes, and the analysis suite already covered most of the questions we wanted answered. For further analysis exporting (or even linking) to for instance Google sheets is just a couple of clicks. They also have some more advanced models for segmentation and clustering already build in. Both creating the poll and answering it were without any noticeable delay. Their pricing would be to steep for a single poll by our not-for-profit choir, but seems pretty compelling for professional use within bigger organizations. Their support was very good and prompt; and they kept track of progress and asked proactively how things were working out based on the time schedule I originally shared with them. Pricing might be steep, but that totally depends on you scenario of course. For our single poll use case it would have been too steep if not for Daniel granting us a single poll for enough respondents. What I like the most about OpinionX is how easy it is to navigate, especially as someone new to this type of research. Everything is clearly explained, which is very helpful for a student who has never had any experience with, for example, conjoint analysis. I also find it very easy for a younger audience to understand what it means and what it does. I really like OpinionX for its ranking options, visual analyses of the results and the possibility to have a bulk import. It's easy to set up, and participants can also use it very easily. There's lots of room for customization, and it really solved our problem with ranking.
