The most helpful aspect of Opiniion has been its ability to streamline our reputation management by automating review requests and consolidating public and private feedback in one platform. The centralized dashboard makes it easy to monitor and respond to reviews across multiple sites, while the reporting features provide valuable insights into resident sentiment. What do you dislike about Opiniion? The biggest downside for me has been the turnover in our customer service rep—it’s tough to build consistency when the point of contact keeps changing. I also wish there was a way to assign a review draft to a specific person, make edits, and then pass it along for approval. We saw almost immediate results in several different styles of communities with varying reputation issues. Even after the initial boost, there are tons of ways to optimize your campaigns. Opiniion tracks the history of review percentages. This makes seeing your progess simple. The feedback from prospects to move outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Opiniion? This may be dependent on the service agreement - every event is surveyed. Although an accurate pull of information offers a more informative view; residents feel it's a bit over done. The result being, they do not respond to all sureveys they receive. Being able to resend the survey when a low rate is given due to not understanding the which way the number scale works. We have experienced this several times. I appreciate the transparency and ease this website provides in leaving reviews for companies and for companies to receive. I like the ability this website gives when trying to find the best options that are out there. People who leave reviews through Opiniion tend to be those that really care about others' experiences! Recommendations to others considering Opiniion: I would try to reach out with Opiniion and try to compete or even take over the google reviews that are so common! I think it is nice to have a website completely dedicated to reviews of companies and helping them to change and improve, as well as give customers a better look at what they are looking at getting into.
