So Opera as a browser is the version of what Google Chrome should be and as a Developer who grew up with Google that is saying a lot. Opera comes with features like a free VPN, an Ad Blocker, a snapshot feature, an in-built download manager equivalent to IDM, a crypto wallet and integrated messenger platforms like whatsapp. Its fast and does not consume RAM. Opera offers excellent security, and you can use the VPN to access blocked websites and videos without compromising internet speed. You can stay anonymous and away from websites that track your information and browsing data. Opera allows you to conveniently import data from any browser, such as history, cookies, and bookmarks. Opera is not only an excellent browser for PCs but also cellphones. You can get the standard Opera app for your mobile or the lite version, which compromises aesthetics and visual appeal for improved performance for older phones. Easier inbuilt customization options. 2. Very compatible with slower internet connections 3. Sometimes, it miscommunicates if another browser is opened. 2. There are many in-built features, but they are not configured well in the interface so some times difficult to locate. 3. While using a built-in VPN on there is a small sluggish lag in the browser. 4. Some security and privacy concerns because it grabs lots of information on the active window. Recommendations to others considering Opera: Though it is based on Chromium browser, loading of a web page is better than Chrome and Edge, due to the same reason, it is compatible with many Chrome extensions as well. My Flow is one of the newly added features which directly sends the data to mobile devices. In brief, the My Flow feature is especially useful if you switch between your mobile and desktop browser frequently and also you need everything to be available in one place no matter on what device you are.
