It's a great way to show popular content from our site and increase engagement. It has a great interface to manage interactions and remove unwanted content. It also allows the monetization of the pages but CPMs are very low, at least in Latin America. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OpenWeb? It makes the pages slower which is a concern regarding Google's latest speed requirements for better rankings. This, coupled with poor monetization (very low CPMs in Latin America) has made me deactivate the service in my main site. Another problem is that they only offer payments via wire transfer, with a minim of US $200 (with a fee of $26) via something called Tipalti. No PayPal payments. What problems is OpenWeb solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed to increase the engagement of users on our site, and doing it while also monetizing seemed like a great idea. I started using Openweb about 2 years ago (it had another name back then) but decided to remove it from my main site when Google started taking into account the page's speed, as the monetization was too low.
