"Quick, Effective, and Supportive Tool for Web Apps"
5/5
What do you like best about OpenWeb Ninja?

I use OpenWeb Ninja for real-time Amazon data for my web app. It helps me find new items to list, profitable items, and items with good reviews. What I like most is that it's quick and effective. Their support is also great; they are quick to get back to you. I'm able to pull all the information I need at any one time without issues. The initial setup of OpenWeb Ninja was easy too. What do you dislike about OpenWeb Ninja?

I would like the buy box and prime delivery fields to be more accurate. When using the API, it struggles to find prime delivery items or items that have a buy box sometimes show as though they don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Feature-Rich with Documentation Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OpenWeb Ninja?

I find OpenWeb Ninja really fast and I like that it offers various useful request parameters. The data values in the response are also very useful to me. Additionally, I found the initial setup of OpenWeb Ninja easy and free from any difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenWeb Ninja?

It's documentation is not clear about the num_pages and page parameters. I can't understand how they work. I also have problems in getting maximum jobs and always end up with not getting the max number of jobs. Also, I observed changing the page number does not give a unique set of jobs; the jobs repeat. They should explain in simple words their purpose. Also, examples should be given for how different type of requests can be made by giving different params. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate and Cost-Effective Product Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about OpenWeb Ninja?

I like OpenWeb Ninja for its speed, accuracy, and cost. The simplicity of the platform stood out as a major advantage. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient to start using right away. The product API is really useful for checking product prices and comparing results across multiple platforms. The team is also responsive, quickly implementing features when I conveyed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenWeb Ninja?

A few features were not there initially, but when I informed the team, they were immediately implementing those in a limited time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dataset was comprehensive and the API was easy to integrate. 5 minutes and I was up and running with 3 data sets at a fraction of the price of others. Can't recommend enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
