There are some things like adding a headers that don't work easily and I always need help with. Perhaps it's just not intuitive enough for me. Also, reviewers have a difficult time accessing the system often and need to clear their cache and refresh before it works. This is frustrating for them and me. We use it for our magazine's annual awards program. I'm able to gather everything I need for a magazine article as part of the submission process, including high-res photos. Once I know the winners, I can easily assign feature stories because I have all the winners' materials in one place as part of their submission. In addition, the judges can preview those high-res photos easily, which makes their job judging much easier and quicker than having to download high-res photos.
