What do you like best about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

OpenVPN has shown to be very reliable for our current needs. Their support team's responsiveness and expertise stands out the most. The few times that we have encountered an issue, their support has been quick and accurate. I am very big on not just how an app functions whena ll is well, but how is the support when reaching out to their helpdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

I haven't encountered any drawbacks from OpenVPN. Their admin console is pretty straightforward foward and I have been able to use their documentation without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

Installation is super simple, for both the service and the end clients. Connection is very very stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

The only two downsides are:

* the creation of a virtual machine on any VPC in our cloud infrastructure, but even that is super simple

* EVERY connection opens a new default browser tab to authenticate, and if the browser is closed it opens them. For me, a new browser comes with all the previously used tabs, so it might take a long time to open

* Lately we have limited the service to 3 devices per user - and people started having failures to connect. They actually needed help from our admins to delete their profiles and start over on all 1-3 devices based on their usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

What I appreciate most is that every time the VPN is activated, the user must authenticate through Single Sign-On (SSO). This enables us to link all our critical systems to the VPN, and if necessary, we can easily revoke access by deactivating the user’s main account using the SSO. What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

I find it frustrating that it randomly requires reauthentication throughout the day, which opens my browser and disrupts my work. I wish it could handle this silently in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?

The implementation team at CloudConnexa was a cut above. They were able to precisely guide me in configuration of IPSEC VPN tunnels using Unifi gateways. The system has continued working very well, providing reliable inter-cloud connectivity using SD-WAN.

We use this daily in Production right now and feel comfortable depending on the customer support team for help. The system was very easy to integrate into our existing infrastructure. The dashboard is very easy to use and intuitive, with an ever growing number of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
