The only two downsides are: \* the creation of a virtual machine on any VPC in our cloud infrastructure, but even that is super simple \* EVERY connection opens a new default browser tab to authenticate, and if the browser is closed it opens them. For me, a new browser comes with all the previously used tabs, so it might take a long time to open \* Lately we have limited the service to 3 devices per user - and people started having failures to connect. The implementation team at CloudConnexa was a cut above. They were able to precisely guide me in configuration of IPSEC VPN tunnels using Unifi gateways.
