I'm also glad that they charge not per user but by concurrent connection. We have a lot of once in a blue moon users, and paying for each of them every month is a dealbreaker. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?** We sometimes have issues with users not being able to stay consistently connected. This is problematic when running long running dev/testing jobs that connect to a database and the connection drops. There seems to be no way to stay authenticated or make it easier with TouchID. Considering that a lot of companies have people working remotely and those people might be in countries where ISPs block the use of VPNs, obfuscation is needed. OpenVPN does not support it natively and their support will not help when it comes to this. **What problems is OpenVPN CloudConnexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a static IP address for whitelisted access on one of our internal sites.
