Connection is very very stable. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?** The only two downsides are: * the creation of a virtual machine on any VPC in our cloud infrastructure, but even that is super simple * EVERY connection opens a new default browser tab to authenticate, and if the browser is closed it opens them. For me, a new browser comes with all the previously used tabs, so it might take a long time to open * Lately we have limited the service to 3 devices per user - and people started having failures to connect. There seems to be no way to stay authenticated or make it easier with TouchID. Setting up the users and connections is easy, as well as the monitoring of the connection status. We use it to access remote servers for individual users and sometimes for site-to-site connetion to remote services. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?** Main consern has been the connector performance. Some users have reported that the connection is slow, which might be that there is conlicting prosesses in the local PC. Also the connector reliability is an issue in some cases, for example the Windows site-to-site network connectors have caused unstable connections in some cases. However, it seems that the stability of the connectors has been improving lately. Automatic scaling of the subscriptions would also be nice, although the current model is ok for our business. We have a small team and all of the remote team is now able to access test systems with VPN. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN CloudConnexa?** the documentation was a little difficult to find, and for some of the configurations, we had to reach out to the support team.
