I would have expected a better experience there, but part of that is definitely due to my inexperience in network configuration. The customer support is excelllent. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN Access Server?** Really nothing to dislike. As for most services, direct customer support is slightly hidden as they "encourage" the user to make use of docs, faqa, and automated assistants. But once you do get to customer support it is outstanding. **What problems is OpenVPN Access Server solving and how is that benefiting you?** Serves nicely as a VPN. ### 26. It is also great that 2fa can be setup. Many security standards require that feature. **What do you dislike about OpenVPN Access Server?** It is pricey.
