OpenVBX is a hosted business phone system that runs on your own Twilio account. Your team makes and takes calls from a web dialer or the Android app, builds multi-level IVR menus in a visual drag-and-drop flow builder, and handles two-way SMS in one inbox. Call flow steps include greetings (text-to-speech or uploaded MP3), menus, business-hours routing, dial, voicemail with transcription, conference, call whisper and SMS. Every plan includes virtual numbers, call logs, call recording and calendar bookings. Higher plans add click-to-call, local presence dialing, disposition codes, bulk calling and bulk SMS campaigns, follow-up automations, appointment reminders, CRM pipelines, landing pages, forms and an AI voice agent that answers and places calls. OpenVBX is built for real estate teams, clinics and loan companies. Plans are billed monthly; Twilio bills calls and texts separately.
