Global Director of People Development Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 1/19/2025 "OpenUp makes talking to an expert very approachable for our employees" 4/5 What do you like best about OpenUp? - It is very easy to make an online appointment with one of the therapists, no approval from the manager or HR is needed - OpenUp is almost 24/7 avaiable, also in the weekends, for whenever our employees need someone to talk to - Available in multiple languages, because we understood from our people that is is easier to talk about personal challenges in your native language. We understood that our colleagues in Australia sometimes don't have that many options yet to talk to available therapists, given the differen timezones.
