It can do patch management too. I really like that easy at which you can create group and requirements to assign apps. Imaging a computer and automatically installing apps by group, makes my life better. **What do you dislike about OpenText ZENworks Configuration Management?** Agent is a bit of a memory hog, The scripting options are a bit limited but we have made work around without to much trouble. I wish there was a non Linux option for imaging machines. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText ZENworks Configuration Management:** Make sure you have a accurate count of your PCs it will affect your cost. The initial cost is big but the automation will make much less work. **What problems is OpenText ZENworks Configuration Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distribution of applications, and OS imaging new and used computers. ### 2. It also works with multiple servers, desktops and tablets. Saves a lot of time and effort and specialized knowledge is built-in. **What do you dislike about OpenText ZENworks Configuration Management?** Nothing really.
