Ease of installation and setup and usability

Sitescope has limited feautures and out of the box reporting needs to be enhanced

Monitoring with less overhead and easy of deployment

Ability to automate checks in multiple ways using different tools.

**What do you dislike about OpenText SiteScope?**

Some of the algorithms are too binary.   If a certain sequence of events are not followed results may not be correct.

**What problems is OpenText SiteScope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Near real-time monitoring of multiple  systems grouped by functional areas.

Many templates with monitors out of the box. Also in the monitors you can implement many technologies are including.

**What do you dislike about OpenText SiteScope?**

The software needs to be restarted frequently. 

**Recommendations to others considering OpenText SiteScope:**

Best to implement alongside with OMi solution. 

**What problems is OpenText SiteScope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration issues with other software. It can be perfectly integrated with BSM or OMI in order to receive events or alerts in a console.
