Be mindful that there are some limitations of Teams backups, such as chat that these types of systems just can't do. Knowing that I can access the dashboard and get a comprehensive understanding of our fleet's statuses is very useful. I've used other backup solutions before, and this one seems to be the best when it comes to being able to monitor statuses quickly and easily. **What do you dislike about OpenText Server Backup?** Occasionally the client will just fail to connect to the server. That gets annoying. Everything will be updated and current, the device is connected to the network, and often it even shows on the device that it's connected, but even after restarting the DC service it still doesn't back up.
