What do you dislike about OpenText Recover? 1) It's required excellent internet connection to use this software without any interruption. 2)if user interface can be improve with more design and updation will be good. 3) when we delete file it's slowdown the computer. 4) Normal user may face difficult to find solution for any problem its required IT PERSON to troubleshoot for any problem. What do you dislike about OpenText Recover? Everything is fine except the recovery from backup. It is a bit time taking compare to other alternates. Reliability isn't good; it is extremely slow to recover files/documents, it can be buggy to download files to recover, and it can be multiple days before you can get large files downloaded. I do like that you can select which files you recover, there are no limits. On the times I had to recover my files, that process was the easiest thing possible!
