"The support team is poor; most tickets remain unresolved even after being dragged on for more than a month. They simply waste our time by asking us to upload unnecessary logs that are irrelevant to the issue. The funny thing is that even if you open a ticket just to understand how to do something, they end up asking for logs. Trust me, a critical ticket once lay untouched for more than five days.
