What do you like best about OpenText Intelligent Capture?

OpenText capture center allows us to quickly and easily capture and digitalize various records, forms, documents and make them virtually available for use in any system. Along with converting documents into virtual data, the application also provides integration with many backend systems. The best feature of this application is that it allows us to use mobile phones to capture documents which makes it very convenient to convert whatever we want anytime, anywhere. What do you dislike about OpenText Intelligent Capture?

The documents are exact and detailed, but it is a bit complex to use. The UI is not very user-friendly, but once you understand, it becomes easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText Intelligent Capture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we work in a large company using virtual documents makes our work a lot easier. It helps us to keep track of our products and in sales management. We could divide the documents into groups of users which makes them convenient to handle.
