G2 Open text capture center is amazing platform as it's accuracy is unmatched by other softwares out there. It was able to capture hand written text with accuracy upto 96% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy available logs of the activities, helpful for Quick resolution of issues and problems when detected.

Timely support from the support teams of Opentext but after multiple follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Intelligent Capture?

The major dowside is that it is not capable to handle multiple files smoothly, in my experience the tool slowed down and performed slowly when Multiple files were added for processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could easily extract the data from my digital documents and automate the process also to some extent scanned documents were also being extracted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of my documents were scanned image format pdf, for which OCR was not very accurate, and many of the values were getting misread and missed altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
