I like to do this with little to no overhead. Hightail allows me to store and transfer large video and audio files for a very small monthly fees. I use it to allow clients to send large files to me and I also use it to schedule out files to transcriptionists. I love the spaces feature. This allows me to keep everything organized and comes in handy for invoicing. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** There really isn't anything I dislike. For a while, the phone app (on Android) didn't seem to be working well and that was a real bummer, but I have since then been able to get it to work, so I really have no complaints. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned above, when I couldn't get it to work on my smartphone, that was a mild problem, but usually I use my laptop for most of my file storage and scheduling, so it wasn't a huge deal. This option gets them in their hands faster, in a format that can't be 'lost' and can be replaced instantly, with no additional shipping costs. It also gives them instant digital archive, rather than downloading from a CD, then inevitably losing the CD. Usability is very easy, it's clear where you are supposed to go because the design is simple and it is not overly complicated to use. After sending files you also receive a quick link others can click on to download the files. I like to send this along just incase the Hightail email gets stuck for any reason. I also enjoy that you can set perimeters on how long files can be downloaded and you can choose an option to see when files have been downloaded. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** If your internet connection is slow or if you're sending a lot of large files, it will likely take a good amount of time to send it through. Obviously, this is still much faster than other solutions. It is also pretty costly. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my job, I usually need to send a lot of photos and video files off to people for review or for advertising use. These files are too large to send through email and can sometimes take up too much space in a Google Drive. Hightail allows me to send bulk items and the user on the other end can decide what they download.
