What do you like best about OpenText Network Automation?

1- easy to use, you can switch between taps and configurations and everything is easy to identify and you can return to the same node view in just one click

2- customizable reports, any report that you can imagine can be generated, exported, sent via email, and scheduled in a very easy way

3- reliable, never had an issue with server or application down

4- easy upgrade and maintenance

5- full detailed configuration backup

What do you dislike about OpenText Network Automation?

1- to be honest, this tool is one of the tools I use regularly and nothing I can say I don't like.

2- the ITIL dashboards maybe can be optimized for a better view or should be user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this is a very stable product that can be used independently or integrated with NNMi for additional network monitoring and automation.
