I dislike the fact that it does not allow certain convenience features, such as the new "recent items" feature that Microsoft Outlook has, which allows you to quickly attach recently saved or accessed items/documents/files. Groupwise works because it connects easily and is secure; however, other programs may be better for you if it is ease of use or a feature rich environment that you require. Groupwise has features that exceed expectations, but speed of delivery, along with delivery options, was the proverbial icing on the cake! The client seems a bit 'bloated' on the PC, taking more resources than seems reasonable. Memory IS cheap, sure, but I can't believe they couldn't streamline it better. " 1/5 What do you like best about OpenText GroupWise? Nothing from a user interface perspective or from the features. I can not comment on their technology as I don't have that knowledge. Their email client looks and functions like something from the last decade. It is very slow, hangs quite often, the mobile app is even worse. It is hard to find emails. We assume that you are not talking about a client installation, as that is just a run setup and answer language questions. Setting up / installing a GroupWise corporate email system from scratch is an involved task, as it is for Exchange, and you would need to know GroupWise.
