  ### 1. Falls short of the rest

**What do you like best about OpenText GroupWise?**

I like the options for proxy access that are available.  This feature makes it easy to access a group mailbox or another user's account while they are out.  The layout and interface are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OpenText GroupWise?**

GroupWise seems to be behind and does not offer as many solutions as other email platforms.  I would like to see a better shared calendar platform and better integration with other products. We use a cloud ERP system that is able to integrate with various email platforms, however, GroupWise is not compatible.  I would like to see an option to integrate the two together.

**What problems is OpenText GroupWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it helpful to sort mail into different mailboxes by category and the search feature is very helpful when looking for past communications.

**What do you like best about OpenText GroupWise?**

I appreciate that the software auto populates email addresses when I input names of colleagues. 

**What do you dislike about OpenText GroupWise?**

It takes a great deal of time to load messages, especially when trying to delete or move (especially) multiple messages. 

**What problems is OpenText GroupWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good option to create groups through which collaboration can happen.
