I like the ability to test on a number of devices all from your browser, it ensures cross browser support along with cross device support, also you can run selenium test on them, the customer support is quite good aas well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI design of site seems too old, apart from that no other issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenText Functional Testing Lab for Mobile and Web solving and how is that benefiting you?

the biggest problem was to test my mobile apps on different IOS devices and old android devices, it used to be very difficult either i had to buy one or rent one. But now with OpenUFT Mobile its all in my browser and its really amazing and easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After being taken over by Microsoft, there has been an increased focus on bringing new features which are closer to real scenarios and listening to consumers.
