The file types that OpenText BizManager supports is the best feature of this application. It supports various file types that the other softwares doesn't support. Before OpenText BizManager, we have to use multi part upload to upload large amount of data to FTP/SFTP sites. But with OpenText BizManager we can upload large files at one go. The best feature of the OpenText BizManager is it supports almost every protocol and document types. The file transfer speed is a bit slow compared to other FTP softwares. Other than that there's nothing much to dislike about this. Also, if they can customize the UI to be new it'd be wonderful. Before OpenText BizManager we have to use different softwares for different documents or file types but after OpenText BizManager, that problem got resolved we can do all in one software.
