I like the simplicity and the ability to develop mobile applications as well.

Enterprise integration documentation could be improved.

**What problems is OpenText AppWorks Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my organization, day to day operations need is onboarded on the platform so that most of the multi click tasks could be performed with one click to increase productivity.

Consumes cpu high load when used. Customer support community can be improved

It is used to design, create and optimise digital business process.
It is an easy to use application and enables data driven way of work with low coding techniques.
