OpenSlot does that step for you: pick the people, choose a date window and a timezone, and it checks their free/busy and returns every slot that works for the whole group, grouped by day and ready to drop into an email, a chat or a document. There is no booking link for the other person to click and nothing new for them to learn. They simply reply with a time. How it works Use OpenSlot in the web app at useopenslot.com or inside Outlook as an add-in (Outlook on the web, Windows, Mac and the new Outlook). While writing an email, the list inserts at your cursor. On a received email, OpenSlot picks up the people on the thread, and Reply with times opens a reply-all with the list already in it. Features - Merges availability for up to 40 people (Pro) - Looks 1 to 60 days ahead - Custom working hours, weekends on or off, shortest slot from 15 to 60 minutes - Tentative meetings can count as busy - Any timezone - Settings follow you between the web app and the add-in Privacy OpenSlot uses delegated, read-only Microsoft 365 permissions and reads only the free/busy status of each time block, never meeting titles or details. Availability is computed per request and never stored. No admin consent is required, and IT admins can deploy it organization-wide from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Pricing Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no card needed. After that, the Free plan covers you plus one person with a 7-day window. Pro is $7 per user per month or $72 per year.
