Affordable, Easy to Use, but Needs UX Tweaks **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Colleen G. **Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026 **What do you like best about OpenSign?** I really appreciated OpenSign's free trial, as it was really helpful to give me a sense of whether it was a product I wanted to move forward with. Their overall pricing is reasonable, which is a big plus. The signature collection feature is the one I use the most because it's just really straight ahead, with an easy drag and drop functionality. I also found the initial setup very easy and got started right away. **What do you dislike about OpenSign?** One of my forms had a lot of yes/no radio button questions, and the radio button functionality didn't interact well with my document. Getting that set up was somewhat cumbersome, and the output that my receiver got was less than elegant. That interface definitely could use some attention. **What problems is OpenSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use OpenSign to collect signatures from business partners and track document status. It helps send documents without needing extra tools and lets me use templates to avoid recreating documents. It makes managing agreements smooth and efficient. ### 2.
